Watermelon
The origins of the watermelon are to be found in Africa, where they still grow wild today. They were introduced to Spain during the period of Moslem rule and since then they have had a place in our diet. They are a summer fruit, sweet and very refreshing, with diuretic and antioxidant properties. Watermelons are one of the most delicious ways to take vitamins.
